The petition calls on BT Openreach to take immediate action to upgrade or replace the telephone exchange in Crianlarich. 

Over the last 18 months there have been numerous instances where residents and businesses in the village have been cut off from all telephone communications, often for extended periods. This includes access to the emergency 999 and 111 systems which has the potential to result in delays to emergency response times.

It is our view that the current exchange is not fit for purpose and should be replaced as soon as possible to stop these constant disruptions.
