American Recovery Plan the Basics

I wont approve everything because some things do not need government involvement if you can take care of it yourself. I'm working on a 3.3 trillion annual plan to give Americans $10,000.00 tax free. you have to be a legal American Citizen with a Valid SSN CARD Number. it doesn't matter if you're incarcerated or not your tabs and that's better than the death tone even though some people should not get any mercy. I can forgive even when I don't want to. Kill Them With Kindness
