We, the undersigned, are all residents,  and/or taxpayers of Brunswick County, North Carolina. We urgently request the County Commissioners of Brunswick County: Frank Williams, Pat Sykes, Mike Forte, J. Martin Cooke and Randy Thompson, adopt an ordinance to ban tethering of animals in Brunswick County, North Carolina. We additionally request funds be appropriated to the Sheriff’s Office budget to cover the additional personnel needed to enforce this new ordinance.
