Broward Teachers Union

I am respectfully requesting that you remove Broward Teachers Union as one of the participants in the petition, something that was done WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT. While we are very concerned about the issue and have initiated a multiple-step action plan aimed at eliminating AR-15 type and other killing machines, we would not and can not advocate striking. In the State of Florida, IT IS ILLEGAL FOR TEACHERS TO STRIKE. Those who elect to do so place their current livelihood and their future careers in jeopardy as it is a FIREABLE OFFENSE. Please remove us immediately
