The punter continues to be ignored by the BHA when policy making reviews are administered and yet along with race owners they are probably the most important client within the horse racing industry. Bookmakers always have a seat at the table and no doubt influence policy to the detriment of the punter. If racing is to be seen to be punter friendly then they must have a representation.
