The Met Police's acting chief is reported to have witnessed the murder of PC Keith Palmer in Westminster from a locked car.  

Sir Craig, It is reported, watched as PC Palmer suffer "two fatal  stab wounds".

Sir Craig should be required to give up his QPM immediately, as he doesn't have the decency to surrender it. Then he should be investigated as any other Police Officer would be. 

His actions appear to amount to a dereliction of duty, he should be stripped of his QPM immediately.

Many better than this person have died in the line of duty.
