This was received from BC following their Commission Meeting --- For the 2013 British BMX Series, the B-Final format will be retained within the competition schedule. The BMX Commission agreed that due to the number of passionate requests for B-Finals to be kept in the racing schedule, it was necessary to at first justify in detail the reasons why the option of removing B-Finals was proposed and why the format of national racing will be reviewed again at the end of the 2013 season. We would like to thank all those who have politely and passionately made their opinions known. The BMX Commission and the National Series Working Group are made up of experienced and passionate volunteers who only have the best interests of the sport at heart. At times, it may be necessary to make unpopular decisions, but the continued progression of the sport and riders are always are the forefront of their thoughts.
