We learned from a former BC Hydro employee, that underground power lines cost only 20-30% more than over headlines! Through Anmore, total costs will then only be ~11M$ (underground) vs. 9M$ (overhead), and not 35M$ vs. 9M$ as stated by BC Hydro, i.e. total costs for underground lines will be about 70% less than stated by BC Hydro...! These additional costs of ~2M$ for underground lines translates into only 0.007% of BC Hydro's assets (28B$) and into only 0.3% of BC Hydro's annual net-gain (~600M$), i.e. BC Hydro can pay these additional 2M$ for underground lines in just about 1 day from their Net-Gain . . . ! > Therefore EASY DOABLE . . .
