The BC Utilities Commission sent an email to BC Hydro with the following content: "......The BC Utilities Commission is in receipt of correspondence from Mr. Ribary (please see below). Mr. Ribary has filed a petition - Anmore opposes "BC Hydro Metro North Transmission Project" with the Commission. A concern has been raised that BC Hydro will proceed with the project before applying to the Commission as well as that BC Hydro is starting geological assessments for the overhead lines. Commission staff request BC Hydro to please review the correspondence and respond to the Commission and Mr. Ribary addressing the 2 issues: 1. Has BC Hydro already started work on the project? 2. Will BC Hydro be filing an application to the Commission for review before commencing work on the project? Is there a timeline in place for the filing of that application?
