Media Coverage in Providence: BC Hydro promotes going underground in Vancouver (but ignores Anmore)

Resident Gordon Marks highlighted today's ad by BC Hydro in the Province, of building green communities (see attached): "BC Hydro: ... what if we used money and land more wisely and built two new electricity substations below ground, while using the space above for new schools, new daycare spaces and improved parks ...". Gordon states right to the point that residents of Anmore are being treated as second class citizens and are to shoulder the burden (Health, Safety and Economic) of Vancouver’s growing demand for electricity.
