On the government’s “Speculation Tax”: BC Greens do not support

In an email sent to his constituents and posted on his MLA website, Andrew Weaver, Leader of the Third Party (BC Greens), MLA Oak Bay-Gordon Head, tells us what’s wrong with the speculation tax. He writes that “The BC Greens have indicated to government that we do not support the speculation tax because 1) it doesn’t address speculation; 2) there are too many unforeseen consequences; 3) it is administratively burdensome.” Thank you Andrew Weaver.
