Current talks with BA

Dear Signatories, A quick update: my colleague and fellow violinist has recently spoken with the head of customer complaints at BA. He is a music supporter and is keen to improve BA's policy to help musicians. So nothing definite yet, but it looks promising! I will send another update when I have more information.
