updated language

Hi everyone, thanks for signing the "Put Occupancy Sensors in Car Seats" petition. If you hear that some part of the petition is an obstacle to someone signing (e.g., someone was concerned about the focus on Intel's device), please pass that on to me. I am happy to adjust language and emphasis to make the petition more readily acceptable. We currently have 43 supporters and I know about half of you. I am going to make another push this week to get more signatures and I hope that each of you can help me by finding one other person to sign. Thanks, Dan
