An update on Alex Turpie's ongoing suspension from St Ursulas school:
After the school's case was dismissed for lack of evidence on the 10th of January and  after a month of inaction Greenwich has finally appointed an investigator to re-examine the case. The NEU fully expects Mr Turpie to be exonerated and will fully cooperate with the investigation. This should have been the case in September and History students and Mr Turpie's form group would not have suffered as a result. The schools disjointed and biased procedures have led to significant strain for Mr Turpie and his family and friends.
We cannot rule out further strikes in future if the process put in place by Greenwich is not transparent and fair.
