My Daughter gets a message the other afternoon, stating She needs to be in the office tomorrow, when We will be given Our FINAL in-person visitation?? Not consented to, discussed, or having done due diligence to support as tasked, which was the sworn testimony provided while under oath. Let's say it together "PERJURY"!!!!

Why would it be mandatory for a person to provide the work schedule if the work schedule has NO bearing on the visitation schedule? How could you say that you have done the due diligence, with every effort in your very being, to make suitable arrangements for the benefit of the Family and BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD without making arrangements which all parties agree??? I reached out to inform her of the POLICY!!!
