to everyone who has signed the petition to bring back the archive: the fight just went to a whole new legal level.
we have officially filed a formal data protection complaint directly with the uk government (the information commissioner's office - ico) against wonderland.
our investigation has completely exposed their corporate front. they are running a marketing landing page harvesting emails from parents, teachers, and minors under 18 while providing a completely fake privacy contact address that instantly bounces back. they also left the mandatory data deletion links completely blank.
under data safety and child privacy laws, operating a mass data harvest under a fraudulent corporate identity is a severe violation.
innocent community archives get vaporized by automated youtube bots, while content farms built on asset plagiarism and illegal data loops get promoted. we have submitted the screenshots, the timelines, and the server logs to the investigators.
the government has been notified. stay locked in, share the petition link everywhere. #BRINGBACKTOONLORE
