Update: The Flag

School say that they will continue to replace the Union Jack with the Intersex-Inclusive Progress Pride Flag every year in June. 
They did not respond to my Freedom of Information request on time regarding the flag.

I informed them by letter the following day that they had missed the legal deadline and finally they provided me with some information.

The school say that I should have accepted the Head’s stance on the flag and should never have started the petition. 

They insist that I remove this petition from the internet, and that any other online action I perform will be dealt with under their behaviour policy.
