The Special Olympics USA Games unite athletes from across the country in a powerful celebration of competition, camaraderie and the spirit of inclusion. For the first time ever, Special Olympics North America has recommended host cities for the next two USA Games: Cleveland for 2030 and Nashville for 2034. Both cities submitted outstanding, heartfelt bids that emphasized creating an unforgettable experience for Special Olympics athletes, Unified partners, families and supporters.
Over the next few months, Special Olympics Tennessee—partnering with the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp and Vanderbilt University—will work to finalize an agreement with Special Olympics that recognizes all parties’ commitment to continued discussions about the 2034 Special Olympics USA Games. Until then, Team Tennessee is gearing up with great excitement for the 2026 USA Games in Minneapolis and looking ahead to the 2030 Games in Cleveland.
Together, we’re building a legacy of excellence, unity, and unforgettable moments on and off the field of play.
