We are relieved to share that the judge has ruled that Roman and Gianni should be allowed to attend their great-great-grandmother’s funeral. In addition, the judge has instructed that arrangements be made to ensure any lost parenting time for the affected parent is compensated. This is especially significant, despite going on 4+ months of not seeing our boys, given that we’ve repeatedly been told by the custodians that they were not required to offer us make-up time for canceled time with the boys. We hope this ruling marks a step toward more fairness in how our time with the boys is managed. Thank you all for your ongoing support.
