Hello.  Just wanted to update everyone.  The expedite on the 601 waiver has now been denied twice.  We are told the wait time for 601 can be anywhere between 24 and 27 months.  We still haven’t heard back yet on the 131 humanitarian parole, according to Ted Cruz’s office it was expedited on December 21st, 2022 but the status online hasn’t changed and all they tell us when we inquire is that we have to continue to wait. Judah will be three months old on the 18th, his dad has only seen him twice, he’s already 14lbs, in size 2 diapers and size 6 month clothes, so sad we are missing watching him grow up, they grow so fast the first year.  It’s been 7 weeks since Joshua or Julian have seen their mom and baby brother.  I’ve witnessed their little happy, go lucky, not a care in the world personalities change.  Pam has been stuck in Mexico and separated from her US Citizen husband for 16 weeks.  Missing celebrating their 7th wedding anniversary, holidays, birthdays, family get togethers.   I’m not going to lie or sugar coat it, this has taken a toll emotionally on our entire family.  Both William and Pamela have been diagnosed with anxiety & depression.  They are going more and more into debit.  Our government in this great land of America doesn’t seem to care.  Their are so many just like us being separated from their family.  If Pamela  isn’t allowed to come home soon my son is making plans to move to Mexico so their family can be together.  Please keep sharing.  We have over 37k signatures.
