Krause Auto Group CEO Vernon Krause has announced plans for a new 18,500 seat arena to be built off of GA400 on the north side of Alpharetta. The entire venue will be built in two phases and will cost somewhere in the range of $1-2B. The development will include commercial & residential buildings and is led by the same firm that designed The Battery at Truist Park. Although nothing is confirmed with the NHL yet, this arena is being built specifically to lure an NHL team to Atlanta.
