This young woman has suffered terribly for speaking up on behalf of the Sri Lankan people. 

She has already encountered the Sri Lankan authorities and their disregard for their own law, procedure and human rights. They forced their way onto her property already. They have assaulted people in pursuit of her - pinning a man against a wall with a metal bar against his neck for information.

The police here shut her in a room with her abusers and forced her to withdraw her complaint against them. 

She is terrified to go anywhere near them. 

She desperately needs the help of the British Government and she should have it. She has broken no law. She has done everything right as a good, upstanding human being. She deserves support and protection. She deserves to go home.
