Marilyn Monroe's Pine Nut wild horses had their day in federal court on Monday. The Associated Press was there reporting "US judge 'troubled' by mustang roundup planned in Nevada" http://www.idahostatesman.com/2015/02/09/3636398_us-judge-troubled-by-latest-mustang.html?rh=1 Craig Downer, Director of Ecology and Conservation for Protect Mustangs and I were present with the legal team from Friends of Animals Wildlife Law Program. I'm so grateful to have such wonderful lawyers defending wild horses to live on their native land and our rights to participate in environmental matters was well as mandatory environmental guidelines guaranteed under the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA). The Judge will rule on 2/11 so please PRAY for the Pine Nut wild horses so they may continue to live their lives in freedom. Focus on the miracle. Either way the Judge rules we urgently need more evidence and hope you will generously make a tax-deductible donation here: http://www.gofundme.com/lqsy50 so we can get the needed technical services for a good case. We are 100% volunteer. The Pine Nut wild horses need a fighting chance. Please help them. Many blessings, Anne Anne Novak Executive Director www.ProtectMustangs.org
