After YEARS of keeping the pressure on for shade and shelter the BLM is finally doing something over at Palomino Valley Center. It's not enough but it's a good start. We are so grateful to everyone who stayed with this, signed the petition for shade and shelter: https://www.change.org/p/bring-emergency-shelter-and-shade-to-captive-wild-horses-and-burros, got the word, video and pics out about our investigation which found wild horses dying during the heat wave, called and met with their elected officials, went to BLM meetings, emailed, etc. We need to keep the pressure on so the BLM continues forward and doesn't slack off with excuses due to "budget cuts" blah, blah, blah . . .
