Last year Protect Mustangs partnered with another group and STOPPED the Pine Nut Roundup near Carson City. Yesterday the Pine Nut foals and mamas made CBS news! Here is the link: http://www.cbsnews.com/videos/nature-mustangs-and-their-foals/ We are creating a new Eco-Sanctuary at the American Wild Horse Institute (AWHI) www.AmericanWildHorseInsitute.org AWHI is a 501c3 nonprofit organization devoted to education, preservation and the study of American wild horses. Through the arts and sciences, the American Wild Horse Institute strives for holistic preservation of America's iconic native and wild horses. We are currently looking for land for our Eco-Sanctuary. You can sign up on the website to keep up to date: http://www.americanwildhorseinstitute.org/contact/ and on our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/AmericanWildHorseInstitute.org Keep sharing this petition widely. In the wild, mustangs and burros can move freely to find shade and shelter. In the BLM pens, the captives have no freedom--only bars and dirt. For the horses, Anne Anne Novak Executive Director www.ProtectMustangs.org www.AmericanWildHorseInstitute.org Protect Mustangs P.O. Box 5661 Berkeley, CA 94705
