Don Garber on the introduction of the CPL, and how they need to collab with the new Canadian league, so that they can prevent in from becoming a European league, and more like the failing US league. He also wants the Canadian MLS teams to must have a reserve team in the CPL, even if the league doesn't want to, because the CPL doesn't want to be a reserve league. 

A perfect example of why TFC, Impact, and Whitecaps should leave Don Garber and go join the new Canadian league, and where they can raise Canadians and NOT Americans like Ayo Akinola, Griffin Dorsey, Patrick Mullins, etc.
