Thank you to everyone who has signed so far! I am currently putting together a plan to get the petition noticed by city/state officials. In the meantime I wanted to let you all know that WM is offering a free 2nd recycle bin and 2nd organic waste bin. These are FREE at no extra cost, just got off the phone with them and requested them for myself. I highly recommend you all do the same to put some extra strain on them and alleviate some of the overflowing trash you may have.
