Update: Add TVpass2.0 on Webchnl 2.0 #AddTVpass2.0OnWebchnl2.0

We want Webchnl watchers to not only bring back Webchnl and launch Webchnl 2.0 soon but also add TVpass2.0 on Webchnl 2.0 soon. Just like TVpass2.0.org which also has more channels and various improvements, it will have more channels than TVpass.org did.
