Everyone, thank you for all your efforts and hopes toward the notion to return our hour lunch. Unfortunately, the problem we are facing is due to Virginia laws stating that each class must be held for 140 hours throughout the year. Last year we had 117 because of the extra time taken to provide for our hour lunch. Many efforts have been made and the new schedule is what works to make up those hours. However, if school was to start at 7 instead of 7:30 next year, Wildcat Hour may be possible again. For now, just know our administrative staff has done and is doing everything they can to work towards making a better experience for us students at Mountain View. Do not view all the work and efforts done in vain. Thank you all again for your support and making your voices heard!
