With the release of the new Tomodachi Life game, many players are devastated to find out that 2 of the best features from the first game (married couples sharing the same bed/family homes and raising babies) are completely absent in Living the Dream.

The game was in development for 7 years, so it would be at least expected that these gameplay mechanics would not only be present, but also improved, with maybe more scenes, minigames, etc. Instead, in LTD, each mii sleeps in their own separate rooms even after marriage, and having a baby only gives you a cutscene of them growing up, so in-game they're already a kid.

Speaking personally, this is my first Tomodachi game, so I am very disappointed to find out that the things I was looking forward to the most (along with mii customization) are not even there. Don't get me wrong, the game is extremely fun because of all the other features and silly interactions that I am, again, experiencing for the first time. But it doesn't make sense that one of the coolest parts to not even exist in the new game, ESPECIALLY now that they finally added LGBTQ+ identities & relationships.

So unless these are announced to be added in updates or paid DLCs (which wld suck but it's better than nothing tbh) in the future, me and the Tomodachi Life LTD player base demands : NINTENDO, PLEASE BRING BACK FAMILY HOMES AND BABIES YOU CAN RAISE!!!
