I'm elated to share that Hunter administration heard us and are lifting the social restrictions at Brookdale after a year and a half! Our Dean of Students just sent the following message to all residents: "It is with great pleasure that I announce that visiting restrictions at Brookdale have been lifted. President Raab heard your concerns and we have received CUNY’s approval to effectuate the following changes. • Effective immediately, residents can now socialize in one another’s rooms • As of Monday March 21, residents are permitted to host non-resident guests The slight delay in non-resident visiting affords us the opportunity to finalize procedures for a seamless transition. We will reinstate our routine visiting guidelines and, because we remain invested in maintaining a safe and healthy community, all guests will be required to show proof of vaccination. We wish you the very best for the remainder of the semester.
