Who else misses the original Back to the Future: The Ride? It's been gone since 2007, and honestly, it's time to bring this classic back. The petition is calling for Peacock and Universal to create a documentary about the ride's history—hosted by Dove Cameron with appearances from the original cast including Christopher Lloyd, Tom Wilson, Lea Thompson, and creator Bob Gale. This would be a real behind-the-scenes look at what made this attraction so iconic.
The bigger ask: replace The Simpsons Ride with the original Back to the Future experience. Families loved this ride because it delivered an amazing sci-fi adventure without the uncomfortable elements that have put guests off over the years. Imagine stepping into Doc Brown's time machine again, experiencing those incredible special effects, and walking through a fully restored Hill Valley.
