Petition updateBring Back Amber Streetlights

Back To My Main Goal

Buckle up! This will be a lengthy update. But IMPORTANT INFORMATION! So, please take notes, and most importantly; let's keep fighting for our night skies!

So as many of you know, I continue to speak on facts, scientific/cultural and spiritual backing and much more on the benefits of Amber Street lights we need to start off by looking at a prism spectrum of 2200K temperature. A Simple 2200K Spectrum Temperature Photo shows the broader red spectrum of light. This includes the Orange, Yellow and Green Spectrum. But more importantly, a mix of Red, Violet, Dark Red and even a (TINY SLIVER) of black on the far-right hand side of the spectrum. This spectrum shows the deep important of why Amber Streetlights are extremely important for our night skies and cultural heritages. As cities continue to fight between, "White vs. Amber". It is important that in the mid 20th century, the high-pressure sodium lights produced a warm orange honey glow that often made the nights feel safe, warm, cozy and even allowed us to see the night sky better with less glare-scattering. Several more U.S. towns and some cities have continued to fight for the use of Amber LED streetlights. Approximately 2200K-2500K (And lower requirements) to get these new wave of LED streetlights on our streets again. The State of Illinois surprisingly passed a new amendment surrounding streetlight policies and the use of warmer or darker (with colored) displayed lighting for streets at night to make them safer to drive on, feel warm and cozy and to bring back the human joy of our beautiful Honey Hues we really do enjoy and miss! With Flock Cameras, AI data centers and infrastructure becoming a centralized threat against humanity, humanity has been actively working on their own centralized and decentralized efforts against this lethal infrastructure to our planet. One of the biggest centralizing forces that are forming in America today are, GRASSROOTS movements. These are actually a part of a collective, a new future and shift away from the corporate commercialized politicized environments of our old world. Team Amber just so happens to be a part of this larger wave grassroots and new aged movements and fronts because we are human beings who are delicate but yet can be very dangerous when the wrong hands have the controls.

So, this picture showcases the prime example and reason for why Amber Lighting is becoming a part of these centralized movements in 2026! As empirical systems collapsed (showcased in history and what we have learned), there are always those who rise up from the ashes to carry the torch for our future generations to come. This is why I take unity, fighting back and my movement seriously and treat it more than money! Because I know my movement is a part of this new wave that won't stop until justice is met.

Continuing on though....

So, I have noticed there are many color blinded individuals out there I need to include because I know that one thing I value are all forms of life! While I don't understand the science behind color blindness, I am learning that to them, these color spectrums actually harm their eyes. This is where I can face difficulties that I may never be able to fully accomplish alone. This does break my heart a lot and does make me feel really sad. Because I know that these individuals want safety too. I will say, to ensure that these individuals are included and don't feel excluded, we need to add to our movement the right to have access to the Health Based Accommodations for these people as much as we can. I don't know if they use glasses or shades, but incase that's one of the bigger parts of what they do use for certain light spectrums, being able to create a prescription for color blindness communities and making it affordable, easily accessible and so much more is important. So, as I include those who struggle with light temperature, just know I am doing what I can as a responsible grassroots leader to have you included too! Inclusivity is a part of unity! This includes neurodivergent communities and disabled communities too. Those who are more on the opposite end of light temperature sensitivity! Let's keep growing our unified front and remember, everyone is apart of something in 2026! It's important to continue to fight and make our voices heard!

I often speak of this a lot too in my updates. But who is a part of my grassroots movement so far? And I can most certainly tell you, it's already becoming a unified front and continues to expand! Here's the list of every faction that's involved.

- Urban Tribal Communities.
- Indigenous Tribes (Reservation and Dark sky importance).
- All colors of people.
- Parts of the Military.
- Families.
- Businesses and Court offices (This includes the Standards Judicial Commission).
- Some Strip Malls.
- Some Hotels and Restaurants.
- And Even Street District Owners. Yes, Street District owners.
- Some Churches
- And even School Districts are also a part of my movement!
- Police Departments. Because this makes it hard on them too.

This just shows the huge seismic importance of Amber Street lighting to the human experience and why it is a part of the greater mass movements in 2026!

And it is important to note; my campaign may have a big emphasis on Albuquerque, New Mexico as a main example of light pollution. And I'll explain some validating points. BUT! It is a reminder; this campaign is not confined to Albuquerque or New Mexico alone! So don't assume that it's just here. This is a broader based movement that is having major impacts globally. Here are my reasons

1. Albuquerque New Mexico sits on Native and Indigenous lands that heavily rely on dark skies. This City is well known for both night sky and Heritage pride! It is a constant reminder that we did technically steal their land during the revolutionary and Great Britain wars. That is why it is important that we respect the land and the sky here.

2. The Multi-Cultural Themes of Albuquerque is based on colors and pride. White LED streetlights mock the city's deep Cultural background too. So, when leaders lean towards flashy cheaply made objects like white led streetlights, and they lead a city based on Cultural themes but use soul-sucking colorless white streetlights for example, this tends to heavily effect the cultural and aesthetics foundation that city built centuries on. Respecting her cultural themes is just as important as respecting the land!

3. We are surrounded by astrological sites too. Another portion that even the white coat is feeling is that bright intense and just dilating artificial aurora that essentially turns the night sky into a blanket of glow that makes it hard to see the stars, moon, milky way and planets. This can significantly destroy sky watcher and astrological communities that heavily rely on the desert's crisp night sky to see these important shifts. Because it turns out the white coat has been shifting away from older models and is slowly recognizing that our ancestors and spiritual beliefs are beyond just 3D let alone. So, our night sky needs preservation efforts and fighting for Amber Street lighting makes our desert night skies crisp and clear again. Reducing light pollution down to 20% to 30% from the current 100%+ light pollution we face now.  While I do believe it is higher then this, I need to state factual numbers here. This isn't about my own beliefs.

4. I live in Albuquerque Of course! I care deeply about this city and it's powerful beautiful presence it has. But the wrong leaders tend to ruin our city. So, I move away from RED and BLUE division and just start working on moving in a new way of leadership. One that cares about people, not the traditional divided 2 party system that prides on money, ego and greed. And I will do anything to make sure our city sees it's beautiful golden honey color and night time sky again!

5. Crossroads LED Albuquerque's Case Study also confirms that the city's leadership has resorted in even Crossroads LED Contracting Company's radar. This backs up almost every single point I continue pointing out. And that is a major important detail for the goal of this movement.

Now moving on. Who has been a part of this movement and are they actually doing it? This question can be a bit controversial because cities like Los Angeles CA did work on a dark sky agenda but then, that movement completely crashed! Not because the city's masses stopped, but because city leaders just decided that their ego was above the masses. So, they moved on with more white lightning projects that is also endangering the coast! That is not a good thing! LA'S Mayor Contact here so you can start putting a pressure cooker on the Mayor and say, "We do not like these white led streetlights. We want our Amber Streetlights back. We live on a coast where we have coastal animals that rely on dark skies and nearby Native Reservations that are demanding the return of Amber Streetlights. Thank you!" This simple draft for Los Angeles's Residents is perfect. That's if you want to contact the Mayor here!

Other Cities include:
- Phoenix, Arizona.
- Flagstaff, Arizona.
- Moab, Utah.
- Chicago Illinois (and the state as a whole now working on this new amendment).
- Detroit, Michigan (Negotiations continue but the pot is boiling heavier here too).
- London UK, Paris France, Australia, Africa, South America (Still working on shifts there but again, pressure is building), India, Indonesia and even now China is now starting to shift away from the WHITE LED streetlights.

Just few of the examples I have shown. Not listing every single Populus because that could make this update into a HARRY POTTER NOVEL! 😂😂

Here's an important update on the current WHITE LED street light contract that does run in some of our cities right now. And it is Dalkia's contract Energy Savings Performance Contract #220104. This officially ends next spring in Albuquerque New Mexico and probably does in your city and state too. I don't fully know if it's a wide contract. I do know that it is a RIGHT STEP in the right direction to ending the HARSH WHITE/WARM WHITE LED STREETLIGHT nightmare. And so, I'm going to up the levels here in New Mexico from the City Mayor to the Governor of our state. She may not care, but when the pressure is boiling hard enough from the masses of the state on our current streetlight issues, she will have no choice but to hear the voices of the people. Contact New Mexico State Governor here, follow the onscreen instructions and once you get to the final screen copy this draft, "I am contacting you on behalf of the Dark Sky Ordinances on streetlighting infrastructure across New Mexico. White/Warm White LED streetlights are causing sleep disruptions, disability glare, I'm concerned for wildlife and our night sky. Can we discuss any bids or new bids on Amber LED efficient Streetlighting for our cities across NM as a whole with an ordinance on 2500K Streetlighting being the threshold requirement of the dark sky compliance in both urban and rural cities across the state?" This draft is all you need. You may not get a response, but keep sending it to her, and she will have no choice but to reconsider this as a viable option. Because while midterms aren't that important for us, they will be when pressure and the heat starts boiling the feet of these politicians from the Streetlights, AI data centers, mass surveillance. They want their leadership, then we the people must start dangling the carrot against them on their midterms and much more. If they don't abide, then that's on them if we the people take over the nation.

But at some point, lessons will become their past reflections on their egos. We will hold up a mirror too all of our politicians because they can't live forever. Wealthy bloodlines are just temporary. And they can't dictate our lives forever.

Lastly, I have to emphasize to those who do NOT want to take the extra step in the provided exchanges, signing here is enough! At least it allows my campaign to reach more and more! The more who sign this, the more chances of volunteers will see this campaign. So, every voice, signature and person that signs this campaign are a part of this greater collective shift! So, thank you all who continues to support my campaign, continues to fight and honoring our autonomy! We maybe human beings to these wealthy bloodlines, but we are more than that! We are the Web of Life. And we will continue to weave that web, and trap those who think the rest of us don't matter. Because we do! Love you, Team Amber! Let's keep up the great work!
