However, they have been under tons of scrutiny for making cheap STREETLIGHT PRODUCTS that have consistent issues and constantly faces CRITISISM for their BRIGHT BLINDING LED FIXTURES. This Company is located in Paris France and has been a part of the GLOBAL WHITE/WARM WHITE LED CONVERSIONS that had turned OUR NIGHTSKIES INTO ARTIFICIAL AURAS. However, their MAIN CONTRACT ON THESE LED STREETLIGHT INFRASTRUCTURE (Including their, "SO CALLED" improved Solar Panel Streetlights) DOES END BY NEXT SPRING of 2027. March 31st 2027. This has effectively created A LOT OF CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES TO WORK ON NEW BIDS or CURRENT CONTRACT CONTINUATION that allows A BIG AND HUGE VICTORY for My fight on this AMBER AND TURQUOISE COLORED STREETLIGHT MOVEMENT.

These are Dalkia's MAIN CLAIMS and often MAYORS AND GOVERNORS follow this because they SEE A FLASHY BRAND OF STREETLIGHTS that often fail. 

Now here's MY COUNTER BUT ALSO BACKED ARGUMENT. AND I HAVE PLENTY that CAN EASILY WIN OVER DALKIA AND MAYOR CLAIMS!

- Light Pollution Increase
- Wildlife and Preservation Rapid Decline
- Artificial Glare and Driver Hazards
- Rise in Crime Rate. (Shadow Obscuring and Shadow Scattering)
- Census Population Decline. (Self sustaining Neighborhood Developments)
- Ecology Collapse (Previous Bullet Point Explains this)
- Human Health Decline and Crisis
- Circadian Rhythm Disruptions
- Mental Instability.
- Aesthetic and Cultural Ignorance
- Street Markings Becoming Invisible against the WHITE SPECTRUM
- Street Signs Also become Invisible. FORCING DRIVERS to USE HIGH BEAM BLUE HEADLIGHTS. (which FURTHER COMPLICATES lighting issues at night)
- Water Glazing Glare That can COST YOU THOUSANDS and UPON 10S of THOUSAND in PRESCRIPTION GLASSES. (And this is an AFFORDABLE AND DEEP CONCERNING ISSUE)

AND THIS could lead to A CYCLICAL ISSUE unless WE CAN BRING OUT THE NEW BIDS AND INNOVATED IDEAS for OUR CITIES AND STATES for the future. For instance, HERE IN ALBUQUERQUE NM, THE CONTRACT HERE is IN IT'S last legs and ends BY NEXT SPRING. March 31s 2027. This WILL cause MULTIPLE things.

1. NEW BIDS will be RELEASED
2. MOVEMENTS like MINE are and will be discussed IN the NEW UPCOMING STREETLIGHT DISCUSSIONS
3. Dalkia and other COST-EFFICIENT WHITE LED COMPANIES may end up having to MAKE 2200K AMBER LIGHTING if they want to CONTINUE THEIR CONTRACT or RENEW IT.
