Chicago, PRIMARILY known for its DEEP SPOT for African American rappers and other famous musicians has faced a BIT of an OUTCH in their ego in installing white lights. However, the Governor of Illinois has been PUTTING feet down on the city's MAYOR on installing TREMENDOUS amounts of white light.
