While Ashley was out of town, she boarded her two horses at KZ, where they were under the care of Kylie and Zac. During this time, the horses became severely malnourished. Kylie and Zac claimed that a vet diagnosed the horses with bacterial infections, but when Ashley saw photos of their horrible condition, she sent a friend to pick them up. The friend witnessed Ashley's horses, as well as others, in poor physical condition and poor living conditions. 

Ashley took her horses to the same vet that Kylie and Zac said they had taken them to, but the vet had no record of any such visit and confirmed that the horses were suffering from malnutrition. After leaving KZ, the horses quickly recovered, further proving that Kylie and Zac had lied, neglected Ashley's horses, and fabricated an illness to hide the fact that they starved her horses. 

Kylie and Zac also continued to harass Ashley publicly and through Facebook, messenger, and text.
