Now let’s think… if Arianne hadn’t gone to HR.. Albert Alaar would probably still be employed and she would have her contract renewed.

Why do the victims get punished for standing up for themselves? Ari actually took steps to stop being a victim. She showed how strong she is by reporting the toxic behavior and seeing it through.

Her cast mates were afraid of retaliation if they did so.. so they really haven’t spoke up.

Ari took a huge risk but it did help remove the toxicity and make her workplace more inviting to new and returning cast members.

Unfortunately her last air date with be sometime late Spring/Summer.

We would like her back on contract and will continue this petition for as long as that takes. We won’t rest or back down because we know how important this is.. for Ari and the show.
