It doesn’t matter what you do for work.. if your workplace is toxic it puts you at risk. I know this personally as I’m sure many of you do as well.

Arianne reported being harassed, touched inappropriately, unequal pay to her male counterparts and what did she get out of it?

She was written out of the show during the internal investigation. Her pay was decreased twice. She was treated differently by Alaar’s friends when he was fired.

   He was only fired after the investigation chose to keep him there and make him attend sensitivity training. 30 females onset then objected and petitioned he be removed entirely.. it wasn’t as much their petition but the media exposure that led to his removal.

Why aren’t the women’s voices enough? Why aren’t females being paid the same as males? This is  2024 not 1924! 
Why was Ari given a take it or leave it offer and not able to fully negotiate her contract?

This is more of a soap opera than we are seeing on screen. They can’t make up stuff like this.
