Imagine working at your job for 25 years and not being able to stay because you reported a toxic work environment.

Imagine being in that toxic workplace and not feeling comfortable and supported.

while I’m sure most of the cast is appreciative of what Arianne did they also are benefiting from it. 
while Ari faces being blackballed in the industry for being “difficult’.
It’s crazy that this is our world and our reality and people have to keep their head down just to continue to work. That or just leave their job because they are afraid of being black balled and bullied.

Its easier to just let it happen and be ok with a toxic environment than to do what Arianne did.. by reporting it and documenting it.

We need her back in the cast, not penalized for her efforts.
