Thank you all so much for signing the petition and showing your support for FlyBy Raceway — this community energy is exactly what keeps this project moving forward!

I wanted to take a moment to address a comment that came up (“No AI Allowed”) and clarify how FlyBy Raceway uses technology, just to ensure everyone feels confident about what we’re building.

FlyBy Raceway will not be using AI in any traditional or personal-data way.

There is:

No facial recognition
No voice recognition
No data collection
No biometric tracking
No AI content or media generation
Nothing about our setup interacts with or analyzes people.

Here’s what we are doing:

We use AI only to control a few RC cars on the track — the same way video games have computer opponents. These AI cars simply follow the track, react to obstacles, and keep the racing fun when human racers are limited.

This feature helps:

Solo racers have someone to compete with
Kids and beginners practice safely
Events run smoothly even during quiet hours
Everything is fully monitored by our staff, and AI is limited strictly to vehicle movement on the track — not people.

Our goal is to create a safe, family-friendly, year-round indoor racing experience, blending fun and technology without compromising privacy or comfort.
