The building of this Pet Food Plant and Poultry Grow Out House would effect odor, water sources and electric needs. It encourages the gross inhumane treatment and exploitation of animals. It will have a detrimental effect on Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge, and will negatively effect living quality in Brigham.
