Re:          BKMA | Use of South Lawn and Village Green

Good morning,

We hope you and your team are well.

Please provide the following information to all Association Members:

The Village Green and South Lawn use policy was discussed at the Board meeting held on February 26, 2021 and the point of this communication is to ensure all residents are aware of the policy, given recent events.

We have always endeavored to make Brickell Key a desirable place to live and are mindful that there are many perspectives, especially given the heightened demand for outdoor spaces due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  

While private property, the Village Green and the South Lawn are, and have always been, available for the peaceful enjoyment of all Brickell Key residents and their guests. 

In consideration of everyone’s varied interests, organized sports activities or training classes and dogs off leashes have not been and will not be allowed on either the Village Green or the South Lawn.  As always, the Baywalk remains available to the public for its use and enjoyment.
