Wiley provides access to an exhaustive collection of over 5,100 Coronavirus articles and books.
@wileyinresearch: Hi, our Covid-19 collection page gives links to >5100 OA & free to access Coronavirus articles & books on Wiley Online Library along with our timelines for making new articles free. These will continue to be updated over time http://ow.ly/Jqxk30qlvHB
Incredible and exhaustive coverage for our scientists. Unlocking both articles and books/book chapters provides important access to summary science that helps a wide variety of experts in medicine and public health to quickly get up to speed. Momentous, thank you Wiley and Brian Napack!
Elsevier selling The Lancet's free-to-access articles.
The Lancet's articles "Mitigate the effects of home confinement on children during the COVID-19 outbreak," "Has China faced only a herald wave of SARS-CoV-2?" and "Guidelines for pregnant women with suspected SARS-CoV-2 infection" are on sale via ScienceDirect, but free on The Lancet. We believe this represents a technical error, but this is not the first technical error that prevents access to Elsevier's coronavirus science, or charges for articles that should be free-to-access.
We'll keep pressing Elsevier on why these errors continue to happen in our mission to request they release their coronavirus science in full.
Special final thank you to Walter de Gruyter GmbH for their open-access to "Laboratory abnormalities in patients with COVID-2019 infection." If you find other COVID-19 articles that should be unlocked, let us know @freereadorg.
