Hi, we are a group of fifth graders at the International Charter School of Atlanta and we would like to make a case why gender equality should happen. We have done a lot of research and have discovered that women don't earn the same amount of money as  men. We find this astonishing and unfair. Women who do the exact same job,have the same amount of experience don't earn the same amount of money as men. In Georgia women earn $25 billion less than a man yearly. This means that they don't have a lot of money for supporting themselves and their families. They only have enough money for food, clothing, shelter, medicine, water, and education. They can't travel or have any fun outside of home. Many women have tried to fight and only very little have succeeded. When JFK was elected president he thought of a law that said women should earn the same amount as a man. Unfortunately it did not pass and not many people have tried to help. 

We think that we can solve this. If this alerts people and maybe people will care about this enough and protest. My group and I are going to be presenting this at school and online to help this. We need help! Women should be treated the same as a man. Even if we're not as strong or tall we can do anything a man can do so let us help you and make your lives better. We do not want this to be a problem when we grow up.
