Hi everyone,

Thank you to everyone who’s signed so far — it means more than you know. I started this petition because I’m living the experience paradox every day:

You need experience to get a job.

But you need a job to get experience.

I’ve applied to role after role, willing to learn and work hard, only to be told I don’t have the “right” experience — and no one offers training anymore.

This petition is about changing that. It’s about creating real entry-level jobs where employers do train you, so people like me (and thousands of others) can actually get started.
