Hello, I started this petition almost one week ago and only have 7 signatures. I need 1 more to move to the next phase, please tell your friends, family, and even post on your media. I'm trying to put an end to allowing people to tie up pets and just leaving them to die slowly on a chain. I call it "Chain Death Row." I know the petition hasn't been up long, but I've seen 50 people view it and didn't sign. No animal should be treated like this, and it's time to speak out for them and Ban Tethering to help save pet lives and make those who pay for their cruelty to animals.
