Ontario has the highest and fastest growing undergraduate tuition fees for universities among the provinces in Canada. With living expenses that students have to tackle at the same time, parents and students may find it difficult to pay for tuition. The inflation of tuition fees has been much higher than the inflation rate in Canada for the past few years, and it still has not at least matched Canada’s inflation rate today, causing us to pay more than what we should be paying for tuition. Signing this petition will help towards lowering the inflation rate of tuition fees, which will save many parents and students money for other needs.
