We know Bradford has been relentlessly pushing for the tallest building our neighbourhood has ever seen. An 18-storey Trojan horse which is 3x the allowable height on Queen. This City owned property would be leased for 99 years and development charges waived in exchange for 30% of the units being “affordable” under the City’s “Housing Now” initiative.

Ironically, Bradford is the ONLY candidate running who is in favour of above guideline rent hikes in Housing Now sites! He wants the developer to take advantage of this gift from the City, then rent can be set higher than limits set by the Province!
