Council to have "Secret meeting" regarding future of Easthampstead Park

Bracknell Forest Council has given notice of its wish to hold a PRIVATE meeting in regards to a key decision relating to the future of Easthampstead Park, the summary of the meeting is as follows: "To consider the options arising from the recent market testing exercise relating to Easthampstead Park Conference Centre The Executive will be considering a report prepared by or on behalf of the Director of Environment, Culture & Communities. A copy of the report and any other documents will be available for inspection at Easthampstead House, Town Square, Bracknell, RG12 1AQ." Nearly 7,000 people have signed a petition calling for Easthampstead Park to be retained and protected by the council so any decision in relation to the future of this community asset is indisputably a matter of public interest.
