BFC withdraw EPH as a development site but it could still be FOR SALE..
David LBracknell, United Kingdom

Bracknell Forest Council have taken on board the concerns of residents over the inclusion of EHP in the current round of site allocations and as a result they have informed the Local Planning Authority that EHP has been withdrawn as an available site which is great news!
However the sale of EPH is STILL on the cards so we must continue the effort to convince BFC to retain EPH as a community asset because once sold to a private buyer BFC will have no control over its future or fate.
If you want to see EPH & its grounds protected please continue to share this petition.
BFC Said: "Thanks for all your comments on this, we'd like to clarify the situation regarding housing on the site, which seems to be causing a lot of concern. We can confirm that the local planning authority has been advised that the site is no longer available for housing and, as such, will not be taken forward in the Local Plan - our plan that sets out areas for housing and communities"
